Simply put the Masculine is into power, the Feminine into Caring.
The Feminne Equalatarian. The Maculine Teritorial.
Equalitarian might be more productive for Humankind to practice, and usually more peaceful.

These are ideals. There are insensitive women and sensitive men, I'm sure that your archetypes anticipate natural variation, but too often, people are pigeon-holed.

I agree with this brief description, given this proviso. I come at it from a different approach, however as I see cooperation, compassion, and interdependence from a survival standpoint and from the perspective of the fundamentally social nature of humankind.

The spread of humanity, the growth in numbers and the mindset that God granted man dominion OVER nature has, as a majority of people now recognize, produced a competitive mindset of man vs. nature, man vs. man. The destruction, both in human and ecological terms has continued throughout our collective history.

Today, popular culture is slowly awakening to the reality that man vs. nature is not a sustainable attitude. Though it will take concerted effort as a species to effectively reshape environmental policy, the tribes of our species resist progress toward recognizing our interdependence. This attitude is also prevalent in individual thinking as persons fail to recognize this interdependence within as well as across communities.

Compassion makes sense, even from a capitalist perspective. The greatest threat to commerce is instability. The most destructive force to economic and political instability is poverty. The greatest contributor to growing markets is consumer prosperity. It behooves the owners of capital to grow their markets by expanding prosperity, yet hard-core reactionaries cling to their personal wealth choosing present limited personal wealth over their own future prosperity.

Until the worshipers at the altar of power and wealth wake up to the fact that life is not a zero-sum game, that someone has to lose in order for them to win, the destruction will continue.

Poverty is the incubator for conflict, terrorism, and religious and ethnic intolerance. This includes spiritual poverty as well.

Compassion, understanding, mutual respect - these make up tide that will raise all boats. We must do all we can to promote them.

peace
