Share Your Thoughts > Share Your Most Powerful Synchronicities

Synchronicities are those magical moments when events line up in undeniable and serendipitous ways to validate and point to spiritual realities. They tell us we're on track, we're aligned, we're getting the message from our higher self. This is an invitation to share with others your most powerful synchronicities.

There was a man whom I dearly wanted to meet. His circumstances were such that he was not very accessible. Plus he lived 425 miles away. I did not know his address. I knew his parents' address but had no desire to go there and no idea how to get there.

One day I put in for a job transfer to the lovely city where I'd always wanted to live since childhood - which also happened to be where the man lived. But soon after the transfer request my company instituted a hiring and transferring freeze so the chances of going anywhere went from slim to none.

After six months I took a vacation to the desired city and on impulse went by the company site there. Turned out the manager had just lost an employee who was doing the exact same job I was doing at my site and the manager needed to fill the spot. Things fell into place. Phone calls were made, I got a transfer, and moved within a month.

One day, a few weeks after I settled in, I started driving around aimlessly. Then I saw on my right the name of the man's parents' street. I drove down it. After a couple of blocks there was the address. And amazingly, there was the man, standing right in the driveway. I thought I was dreaming. I almost lost control of the car. He was talking to an older couple who must have been his parents. He held car keys in his hand and looked about to leave. He saw me parked in the middle of the street and strolled over. We chatted. Later we talked again by phone and so forth.

So there you go. What were the odds? I don't know which was more affecting: meeting him or experiencing the "against all odds" circumstances that were so awesomely timed they put us directly in each other's company.

My father and I were very close and spiritually aligned. We spent many a night sitting out under the stars discussing all matters of spiritual nature, including the prophesies surounding 2012 and The Shift. I felt a void, if you will, after he passed and missed greatly those wonderful discussions and sharing of deep thoughts. So I joined an on-line group whose primary focus was the discussion about a series of books called Conversations with God and other spiritual concepts. It was here that I began forging friendships with other like-minded individuals and participating in some amazing, and highly charged discussions.

Some of the members of the group decided to put together a weekend retreat in Oregon and invited me to go. I thought it was a great idea and really wished I could go, but did not think I could afford it and put it out of my mind.

About a month later, as I went on a business trip to Oregon, which turned out to be just a couple of days before the retreat. I was able to stay at a hotel about 5 minutes from where it was being held, and was able to extend my stay long enough to attend the retreat and still do what I needed to do at work...and the company I was working for paid for all of it! But the story does not end there...

I met a man and a woman at the retreat that I would become quite good friends with. The connection between us was unmistakeable. The man would later tell me how he had seen my picture posted in the club and how he had thought at the time that he would like to meet me. He said that he "felt" me walk into the room and was elated when he saw that it was me!

He was the only person, apart from my father that shared my spiritual understandings, and over the next year we became quite good friends. He and his brother were Reiki Masters and had began teaching me the healing technique. I had been suffering miserably from Fibromyalgia and Myao Facial Pain Syndrome for about five years and had made the decision to heal myself. I was determined to do whatever it takes, and asked him for his help, which he readily agreed to. A short time later he flew down and spent a week working with me and taking me to the Master Level of Reiki.

About two days after he left, (and to the shock of all of our friends and family) he returned, never to leave again. We spent about three months working diligently to heal me and it would take another three months for me to admit to myself that I had, in fact, healed. That was in the Spring of 2000. We have a truly beautiful marriage, based entirely on true unconditonal love.

It is amazing what happens when we step out of the way and let God (the Universe...our High Selves) lead the way!

Namaste,
Robin

If I may take my earlier post a little further...

I can actually trace the synchronicities in my life back much further, as I began really noticing and paying attention to them before my father passed.

We were always sharing books and he was the one who had given me the CWG books when they first came out. He had heart problems and tried very hard to learn about self-healing. I was able to use some of the money from his life insurance proceeds to buy a computer, which eventually enabled me to join the on-line discussion group, which led to my own healing and which brought my husband and I together.

The Fibromyalgia and other related physical challenges I faced, were triggered by a rare form of pneumonia (I was the 39th reported case in the world, and the 1st to survive it) that left me in a medically induced coma, where I was quite litterally paralyzed, for about two and a half weeks, which resulted in complete muscle atrophe. The "core" cause of the pneumonia was one of the most powerful thoughts I have ever had.... "I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE!" It wasn't suicidal, I was just tired and desperately in need of rest. So be careful what you ask for! You might just get it. LOL

I know this is lengthy, but it is important. It took little while to let all that had happened sink in, but I did understand the significance of the whole experience. It is a great gift to really and truly see how directly our lives affect the lives of others, even the lives of people we don't know! I could write a whole book about that experience alone, but my thoughts run too deep and my fingers just can't keep up. LOL

My point is just this: There is synchronicity in everything. And there is purpose in it. Life is much more fun and interesting when you learn to live it without judgement, love unconditionally, and pay attention to the synchronistic events as they unfold.
